For the past 24 years, Michail has battled long term care, long term disability and health insurance giants to get justice for his clients in both individual and class actions. After millions of dollars of insurance recoveries and many notable decisions benefiting insureds, Michail expanded his practice to include fighting for the rights of businesses and individuals who have been harmed by the unsavory practices of commercial and personal property insurers.

Having received his bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, he was named winner of the “Best Brief” award in the John S. Bainbridge Moot Court Competition.

Michail also studied Russian legal theory at Moscow State University and attended Leningrad State University’s Summer Language Program while attending Michigan State University.
