In a long awaited court decision of national significance, we obtained a class certification of its first-in-the-nation class action against Unum Provident. The court certified a national class of individuals under group policies governed by ERISA who had their claims denied after June of 1999. We are proud that a Class Certification was obtained for ERISA Disability Insurance.
