Maria has zealously and effectively represented clients for over 25 years in commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, insurance recovery litigation, employment litigation and real estate litigation. She is equally adept and comfortable litigating in Federal and State courts. Maria takes great pride in representing her clients by working promptly and efficiently, with an emphasis on quality client communication, ensuring that she obtains results consistent with client needs. As a team player, she works seamlessly and comfortably with all members of the firm and with opposing counsel as necessary to best serve her clients.

Maria is a Hofstra Law graduate and received her bachelor’s degree in history and government from Smith College, attending Harvard during her junior year.

On a personal note, Maria is a two-time finisher of Ironman Lake Placid and continues as a competitor and coach in local and national triathlons.
